CANCELLATION POLICY
Lavender Lash Love Cancellation & Appointment Policy Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * 24 or more hours’ notice: No fee. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. * Same-day cancellation: A 50% cancellation fee applies. * No-call/no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged. Future appointments may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals Please allow time for parking and restroom use. * Less than 30 minutes late: Your service may be shortened, but the full service price still applies. * 30 minutes or more late: The appointment will be canceled, and a 50% same-day cancellation fee will apply. Deposits * Full Set appointments: $50 deposit required. * Fill appointments: No deposit required. * Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
